We do not charge anything to receive inventory for our pick and pack clients.
All fulfillment clients receive 90 days free storage. If you need more storage for inventory with long lead times we will work with you!
Postage is a straight pass-through cost for all of our fulfillment clients. What we pay is what you pay. We do not try and sneak in additional revenue by marking up postage.
Our fulfillment service is backed up by our industry leading Service Level Agreement. If for any reason one of your packages is delayed or damaged by us OR a carrier, we will waive our fulfillment fee and cover any loss of revenue.
